Eats on Demand Online Food Ordering System Contest - Terms and Conditions

Contest Rules:
• The contest starts on April 25, 2025, and will run until the milestones are met. If milestones are not met within 12 months, Eats on Demand reserves the right to adjust the draw timeline, ensuring fairness to all participants.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
• Winners will be randomly selected when we reach the following milestones:
First Draw Milestones:
• 100,000 downloads of the Eats on Demand App
• 100,000 followers on each Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• 300 restaurants listed on our platform In Canada
Second Draw Milestones:
• 200,000 downloads of the Eats on Demand App
• 200,000 followers on each Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• 600 restaurants listed on our platform In Canada

Prizes for the First Draw (100,000 Users, 100000 Followers in each Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube & 300 Restaurant Listings):
• 1 Winner: $5,000 (Chance of winning: 1 in 100,000)
• 3 Winners: $1,500 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 33,333)
• 6 Winners: $500 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 16,667)
• 10 Winners: $250 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 10,000)
Prizes for the Second Draw (200,000 Users, Followers & 600 Restaurant Listings):
• 3 Winners: $5,000 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 66,667)
• 10 Winners: $1,500 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 20,000)
• 20 Winners: $500 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 10,000)
• 50 Winners: $250 each (Chance of winning: 1 in 4,000)

Important Conditions:
• Winners must have the app installed and be following us at the time of the draw.
• For Android users entering via Google Form, they must download and register on the Eats on Demand app within 7 days of its Play Store availability to remain eligible.
• If a selected winner unfollows or uninstalls the app before the draw, they will be disqualified, and another winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible participants. If a participant is disqualified, no alternative compensation will be provided, and another winner will be selected at random.
• To claim their prize, winners must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question, as required by Canadian law.
• Prizes will be awarded in cash, e-transfer, or check. The prize handover will be recorded and posted on social media.
• In case of any technical delays in conducting the draw, participants should continue subscribing and engaging, as both draws will be conducted together once the issue is resolved.

Eligibility:
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• The contest is currently open to Ontario participants only. Eligibility may expand to other provinces, with updates provided on our social media pages.

Winner Notification & Prize Claim Process:
• Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or via the email associated with their app registration.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified. If a winner does not respond, another winner will be randomly selected.

PIPEDA and Consent for Publicity:
• By participating in the contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding prizes, in accordance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
• Winners will be required to provide explicit consent for the use of their name, photo, or video for publicity purposes.
• If a winner prefers to remain anonymous, their face will be blurred in any photos or videos shared publicly. However, proof of the prize handover (e.g., a prize delivery video or photo) may still be shared with consent.

• This contest is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
